Bruno Fernandes Gifts Amass a Debut to Remember…

Harry Amass, the latest shiny toy from Manchester United’s Academy, finally made his debut—just in time to steal some birthday cake at Old Trafford! Harry came off the bench during the Red Devils’ 3-0 romp over Leicester City, replacing Alejandro Garnacho in the second half like a champ entering the wrestling ring. With United’s injury list reading longer than a Tolkien novel, they turned to Amass, who dazzled with daring crosses and fancy footwork, as he became the club’s 253rd pupil to grace the hallowed turf.

On turning 18, Amass didn’t ask for a car—just a chance to show his stuff! Clearly, he made a splash, even as the third youngest to debut since new boss Ruben Amorim stepped in. His heartfelt Instagram post was showered with praise from his teammates, including ringmaster Bruno Fernandes, who penned, “Just the beginning,” as if foretelling a grand saga. Mason Mount joined the good-feels parade, while cheerleader Diogo Dalot and fellow grad Toby Collyer chimed in, too.

With Old Trafford facing an injury apocalypse, Harry might strut his stuff again soon. As Luke Shaw and others nurse their wounds, young Amass could keep dazzling the fans and continue his stride towards being the next big thing—watch out, world!
