Old Trafford raids Newcastle for academy chief
Manchester United are appointing Paul Midgley as head of youth recruitment after his stint at Newcastle. He succeeds Luke Fedorenko, who’s moved into agency work. Midgley previously worked with Jason Wilcox and Stephen Torpey at Manchester City.
Another ex-City man at United? At this rate, the Etihad might start charging rent for Old Trafford’s back office!
