Marcus Rashford has been living out of a suitcase lately, bouncing between Manchester United and Aston Villa like a footballing nomad. Just back from a Europe-trotting adventure with England, where he made a cameo under the watchful eyes of Thomas Tuchel, Rashford seems to have found a second home in the West Midlands. While some like Gareth Southgate and Ruben Amorim seem to have misplaced his number, Villa made the Englishman feel right at home with four assists and a free cup of tea.
We’re not sure what Bruno Fernandes knows, but he had marked Rashford for another 400 appearances with United. Someone should tell Bruno that fortunes change faster than you can say “transfer window.” Meanwhile, at Villa, the players are singing Rashford’s praises louder than a birthday party karaoke machine. Monchi insists coach Unai Emery is spinning magic not only for Rashford but also for Marco Asensio, perhaps hinting they’re the next Harry Potter of football.
