Amorim’s midfield target list gets a reshuffle
Manchester United have reportedly shifted focus to Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton, now ahead of Brighton’s Carlos Baleba on their wishlist. Ruben Amorim is said to admire Wharton’s forward passing, while Brighton’s £100m-plus tag on Baleba didn’t exactly scream ‘bargain bin’—more like designer price for everyday socks.
With Palace likely to want a replacement first, any move may wait until summer. United seem happy to stay patient for their midfield fit.
