Our freshly-minted star, Diego Leon, strutted in as if he’d just conquered Mount Everest, meeting fellow recruit Matheus Cunha. Cunha, fresh from his Wolves days, gets the warm Old Trafford welcome that feels like being hugged by a bear in a tutu!
Like an episode of “Footballers Assemble,” players are returning faster than a kick in a five-a-side match. This week saw Carrington filled with joyful reunions and sweaty hugs. Our eagles-eye spotters saw more arrivals than a pigeon race, with players flocking in. But the absent Rashford, Garnacho, and Sancho seem to have more mysterious leave plans than a magic show.
