Brighton’s midfield sensation, Carlos Baleba, seems unfazed by Manchester United’s interest in him. The Manchester Evening News revealed that United won’t be signing Baleba before September 1, mainly because Brighton prefers a price that sounds more like a phone number than a transfer fee.
