Manchester United, strutting with more swagger than a disco-dancing peacock, conquered West Ham with a dramatic 2-1 curtain-raiser. Within the first sip of your stadium soda, Bruno Fernandes converted a penalty like a wizard putting a spell on humdrum defenders. Meanwhile, Rasmus Hojlund fancied himself a woodworker, hammering the post seconds into the game and setting the scene for a football fiesta!
As the half-time nachos cooled, United decided no tweaks were needed. Bruno, our entertainer extraordinario, attempted another crack only to be swatted back by Alphonse Areola’s cat-like reflexes.
